  Can't be told that some parts just don't work out the box. Refuses to refund the cost of shipping for a defective part, (that I ended up fixing for them!) and still when it didn't work (due to sticky a constantly sticky spring) plus the cost of sending it out (they said they would cover) and the cost of sending it back (even though I offered to cover that as a courtesy). So far £22 down on shipping alone but, as a gracious courtesy by them, would offer me free shipping on my next part. Classic con, get them seemingly happy, get them paying! Utter garbage. When questioned, responded by throwing insults. Top quality customer service!

  Really great place to go. Liz was really helpful with everything. Prices were great compared to other part suppliers. I would highly recommend going to P&L minis and I look forward to coming back to buy any more parts in the future.
